The society from all walks of life has been widely recognized that school-enterprise cooperation is the developing trend of vocational and technical education, but the literature reflects many problems in the practice of school-enterprise cooperation. Based on the research of 910 copies of questionnaire data of enterprises, this article has analyzed the characteristics of enterprises in carrying out school-enterprise cooperation; then applied the ordered logit model to make quantitative analysis on the impact of enterprises carrying out school-enterprise cooperation; at last, revisited the school-enterprise cooperation problems in the big vocational education system theory, and put forward three specific policy recommendations.（Annex）
