Since 1990s, the vocational education groups in China have achieved indepth development with economic restructuring and transition of development mode, and taken on a positive momentum of development recently. In 2010, the “National Medium and Long-term Education Reform and Development Plan (2010-2020)” clearly listed the establishment of demonstrative vocational education group as a key part of “Basic Capability Development Project of Vocational Education”, which marked a development phase for vocational education groups featuring demonstrative pioneering and all-round progress. Under such a background, the Research Center for Vocational Education of Jilin Province and Vocational and Technical Education Publishing House decided to conduct a special survey. Starting from February 2012, the survey went through several stages including reference research, interview and investigation, data analysis and conclusive research, and came to an end in early June.（Annex）
