The People’s Republic of China was founded on October 1, 1949, which uncovered the new page for Chinese history. Under the direction of relative policies and guidelines of the CPC and people’s government, vocational education in China quickly walked up a creative development road closely combining with Chinese practical situation, and much precious experience such as running school facing to the masses, running school by cooperation of the government and society, combination of education and productive work, part-time working and part-time studying and developing vocational education at all levels and by multi-approaches were explored in the development of more than ten years.
