The new country construction in China needs the development of education, especially the development of rural vocational education. In other words, constructing new country in China is the background for the orientation of current rural vocational education. In order to boost constructing of new country, the exploitation of local resources for rural vocational education is required. In this paper, the local resources in L Village of H District in W Municipality can be used for rural vocational education and then will be laid out by a field study.
