The “Plan for Construction of Demonstration Institutes of Vocational Education” is an important project for enhancing the basic abilities of vocational education in the “national 11th five-year planning” period, it had made a major improvement at the end of the “11th five-year planning” period and at the beginning of the “12th five-year planning” period. At the end of 2010, the key construction unit was established for building national demonstration premises of higher vocational education. At the beginning of 2011, the first batch of schools was built under the “National Plan for Building Reform and Development Demonstration Secondary Vocational Education”, which indicated that secondary and higher vocational educations were pushed forward at the same time. The construction of basic abilities of vocational education will see a new period of development.
