At the turning point of the first decade, China has made comprehensive reform and development plan for vocational education in 2010. As the beginning of a new decade and the first implementation year, various reforms are launched and began to put into force in 2011. As the first issue of English edition in 2011, we have reviewed the development of vocational education in 2010, made prospect for 2011, and depicted the key reform areas and measures. (Annex)
