(The article is the research outcome of the UNESCO-APNTEVE research topic of “comparative study on China Education and Data Construction” and the philosophical and Social science research topic of Jilin Province of “Comparative Analysis on International Competitiveness of Vocational Education”.)

Referring and applying the theory and evaluation system of international competitiveness, taking comparison of international competitiveness as the main clue, the study has selected indicators and factors influencing the international competitiveness of vocational education and carried out measurement on them, then the ranking of international competitiveness of vocational education of 37 countries was got. According to the ranking, the whole level of international competitiveness of vocational education in the world was explored by clustering analysis method. In the meantime, the ranking of international competitiveness of vocational education was compared with economic development level of corresponding countries, and the relationship between international competiveness of vocational education and economic development was explored.
