As to the future of more than 1300 higher vocational schools, the national vocational education conference held in 2014 set the tone with two words: “innovation and development”. As an event always drawing attentions, the annual national meeting of joint conference of higher vocational schools and higher specialty schools held on Oct. 18 2014 also used these two words as its theme.

How to achieve innovative development of higher vocational education under the new situation? How to put the spirit of the national vocational education conference into practice in the “three-year” action plan ranged from 2015 to 2017?
