Analysis on Problems and Factors Perplexing Vocational School Teachers’ Classroom Teaching Based on Grounded Theory

The purpose of the study is to propose an analytic model for factors nonplussing vocational school teachers’ classroom teaching practice and the model was based on the grounded theory. The proposed model includes three factors, which are object factor (student), subject factor (teacher) and outer factor (environment). These three factors and the whole consisting of them are to be an important research field for secondary vocational teaching reform. The study concluded that it is necessary to improve vocational schools’ classroom teaching practice by adopting some basic strategies, such as the outer starting, the multilateral coordination and the whole breakthrough, etc.(Annex
